The Slovenia National Team will be the opponent of our Men’s National Team in a friendly match to be played on June 4.

The match will take place at Stožice Stadium in Ljubljana. The kick-off time will be announced at a later stage.

Slovenia competes in League B of the Nations League and, like our National Team, has official fixtures scheduled for the coming autumn. Their opponents are Scotland, Switzerland, and North Macedonia.

A second friendly match will follow for our National Team on June 7, also away from home, against an opponent to be announced in the coming days.

Cyprus and Slovenia last faced each other in the qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. In the match at the GSP Stadium (March 30, 2021), Cyprus won 1–0, while Slovenia won 2–1 in Ljubljana.
